The Southwest Family Health Center is located at 762 Lindley Street. The Southwest Family Health Center is a partnership between Southwest Community Health Center and St. Vincent’s Hospital which included the acquisition of the Seton’s Women’s Center. Southwest CHC is proud to bring enhanced services to patients through the integration of a mental health therapist on site along with the continuation of the St. Vincent’s Residency Program.

This Family Health Center offers Internal Medicine (adults), Pediatrics (children) and Mental Health (children and adults) in addition to the Women’s Center on the lower level.
