How to Give

Charitable gifts of any amount go a long way toward helping a community health center deliver top quality care and treatment to its large patient population. A donor may designate a specific service or a specific program to support and SWCHC will honor this request.  Since community health centers are not-for-profit organizations, your gift may be tax-deductible.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Memorial and tribute contributions to a local community health center provide a special opportunity to let family and friends know they are being remembered.

You may make a tax-deductible contribution directly to Southwest Community Health Center, Inc.
