Ways To Give

How to Give

Charitable gifts of any amount go a long way toward helping a community health center deliver top quality care and treatment to its large patient population. A donor may designate a specific service or a specific program to support and SWCHC will honor this request.  Since community health centers are not-for-profit organizations, your gift may be tax-deductible.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Memorial and tribute contributions to a local community health center provide a special opportunity to let family and friends know they are being remembered.

A memorial gift is a thoughtful and caring way to express sympathy while sharing concern for the health and well being of others.

A tribute gift to a community health center provides the unique opportunity to honor special people. It is a great way to show a family member or friend that you share and respect their love for the health and happiness of people from all walks of life.

You may make a tax-deductible contribution directly to Southwest Community Health Center, Inc.
