SOUTHWEST COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER
Expansion of Service Hours and Days The recent economic downturn
has increased the number of individuals and families who face tough times in their lives with rising energy costs and the
ongoing mortgage crisis. There exists a tremendous need for comprehensive, affordable medical care in the City of Bridgeport.
Since
1976, Southwest Community Health Center, Inc has been providing comprehensive, affordable health care and supportive services
to the uninsured people in the Greater Bridgeport area.
In 2008 SWCHC expanded its medical, dental and supportive services to meet the needs of patients by
opening on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5pm-8pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm at 968 Fairfield Ave., in Bridgeport.
The available services include Dental, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Behavioral Health. Please call 330-6000 to schedule
an appointment.
